Tamburlaine is a small winery set in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales. It produces a small quantity of wines each year which are released through the cellar door and through their members wine club. The members lodge caters for a wide range of functions and events.

Tyrrell's Vineyards has its home near Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley region but has four other vineyards around Australia making it capable of producing large volumes of wine, with a large proportion going to export around the world. Whilst it is large in size it still manages to produces fantastic quality wines, with its most famous Vat 1 Hunter Semillon among the most celebrated.The cellar door near pokolbin is open all year and caters for large volumes of visitors, thirsting to try the very wide range of wines on offer.

Five Corners Winery in Mudgee New South Wales is a new boutique winery that has been going since 2001 with its first wines produced in 2002. It has a small range at the moment but a growing reputation that was kick started after it won Best Boutique Shiraz in Australia at the Boutique Wine Awards in 2003.

Broombee Organic is a wine producer and fruit grower near Mudgee in New South Wales. They produce a range of wines as well as many different types of fruit.

Cargo winery situated near Orange, in between Parkes to the West and Bathurst to the East. The winery stands at nearly 1000 metres above sea level, which understandably produces some very distinct wines. The vines are generally un-irrigated which means a very strong flavour from the grape but with a lower yield.The winery is a very welcome place, with an excellent cellardoor, selling all of the wines as well as gifts and other local produce. You can even bring the dog!

An expansive winery which provides more than the usual cellar door to its visitors. Cassegrain Wines have a restuarant, host weddings, functions and even the a visit from the "A Day on The Green" concert each year. The restaurant is open for lunches every day and dinner on Friday evenings. Cassegrain gathers grapes from around Australia from climates that best suit the style of wine and blends them at there facility.The winery is well worth a visit as it is just off the Pacific Highway near Port Macquarie.
