St Hallett Wines is a very well established and internationally recognised winery in the Barossa.  The have a wide range of whites and reds as well as one Sparkling wine call "Black NV" which is a Sparkling Shiraz.

The Cellar Door is well worth a visit and you may even be able to get a tour of the wine facilities here.  They export to much of Europe, Asia and North and South America so you should be able to obtain a bottle just about anywhere.
