Bird in Hand winery in the Adelaide Hills wine region combines their locally grown fruit with that of their second vineyard in the Clare Valley to produce premium cool climate specialty wines such as Pinot Noir and Semillon as well as an interesting methode champenoise.
As well as the wine, Bird in Hand also produces a wide range of olives and olive oil, all of which can be tasted and bought along with the wine at the cellar door which is open 7 days a week, 10-3pm.
