Bayview Estate Winery based on the Mornington Peninsula is more than just a winery and cellar door.  They have a pub a restaurant, function facilities, the pub even sells a selection of English Ales as well as its own micro-brewed produce.  

The winery produces a range of reds, whites and fortified wines ranging in quality and price with the Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 2001 amongst the best available.  The cellar door is open seven days a week throughout the year and caters for tastings and sales.
